Katie Price has denied that an intimate recording involving her and husband Lee Andrews exists after a report claimed he discussed selling one for £250,000.
The Sun on Sunday reported that it obtained a voice message Andrews allegedly sent to a friend earlier in July, before his latest detention in Dubai. In the recording, the speaker said he needed to raise money quickly and referred to a short video involving his wife.
After the recipient warned that releasing intimate material without Price’s consent would be illegal, Andrews reportedly said he had not been serious and suggested that any content involving the couple would instead be created consensually for their own online accounts.

In the reported recording, the speaker said he had “some things to trade” and suggested that a newspaper might pay a quarter of a million pounds for the alleged footage. The report identified the voice as Andrews.
Andrews then reportedly backtracked after being warned about the absence of Price’s consent, saying he was not serious. The publication did not establish that the recording he described had ever been made.
A representative for Price initially denied that any such video existed. Price later issued her own statement, saying the allegation had been built around a voice message discussing material that was never created. “This story is completely untrue. I have never made such a tape,” she said in a statement carried by the Mirror.
Price Says the Alleged Recording ‘Does Not Exist’
Price said the voice note had been supplied to the press by a third party and “does not reflect reality.” She added that the alleged tape “does not exist and never will.”
“I feel incredibly upset, abused and humiliated that such serious and false allegations have been shared publicly without any factual basis,” she said.
Price has not announced that she and Andrews have separated. An anonymous source quoted by The Sun on Sunday claimed that her relatives and friends viewed the reported conversation as a possible breaking point, but no member of her family was identified or quoted on the record.
Andrews Is Reportedly Back in Custody in Dubai
Price and Andrews married in Dubai in January, approximately 10 days after meeting in person. Their marriage has since been followed by conflicting accounts of his business dealings, disappearances and legal problems in the United Arab Emirates.
Andrews was reportedly detained again in July over alleged unpaid debts, including disputes involving a car-rental company and a UAE law firm. He was transferred to Dubai’s Al-Awir prison, according to the Evening Standard.
He has denied wrongdoing and allegations that he defrauded people. Reports that his father, Peter Andrews, was subsequently taken to the same prison also rely on unnamed sources and have not been confirmed by Dubai authorities.
