It looks like Santa delivered the one gift the Kardashian-West family needed most this year: peace.

After years of public spats, social media rants, and icy distance, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly put their differences aside. Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ on Monday that the exes have “made peace” for the sake of their children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, and even spent time together as a family over the Christmas holiday.

This unexpected truce marks a significant shift for the pair. Just months ago, Kardashian admitted she hadn’t heard from the rapper in quite some time. Now, it appears the “Christmas Miracle” has extended to Hidden Hills.

According to the exclusive TMZ report, the reunion was strictly platonic and child-focused. Insiders described the interactions between Kim, 45, and Kanye, 48, as “cordial.”

The decision to come together was reportedly driven by a desire to provide stability for their growing children. With North now 12 and navigating her own burgeoning music and social media career, the parents seemingly realized a united front was necessary.

The report also claims that Ye has been “working on himself” significantly in recent months. Sources indicated he has spent time reflecting on his past inflammatory behavior and is making a conscious effort to be a more present, less volatile figure in his children’s lives.

One of the biggest hurdles in their co-parenting relationship has been Kanye’s vocal opposition to his children being on social media. In the past, he frequently blasted Kim for allowing North on TikTok. However, this new era of peace seems to have come with a change of perspective.

Sources tell TMZ that Ye now “approves” of North’s social media usage. He reportedly loves how unique and creative she is becoming. He is particularly fond of her current blue hair era and bold fashion sense. He has even started asking her to share his songs and items on her platforms.

This alignment is a massive departure from the “TikTok war” of previous years. It suggests that Ye is accepting his daughter’s status as a Gen Alpha influencer.

The truce comes as a relief to fans who have watched Kim struggle with the “single mom” dynamic throughout 2025.

In an October appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Kim candidly revealed that co-parenting had become “not easy.” She noted that there were periods where she and the kids would not hear from Kanye for months. “I raise the kids full-time,” she said at the time. “I welcome a great, healthy relationship with my kids and their dad… but it goes in waves.”

The fact that they were able to pivot from months of silence to a shared holiday celebration suggests a major thaw in relations. While it is unclear whether this peace will last through 2026, for now the West kids are getting the best of both parents.
