Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he gave Kim Kardashian’s four children a golden retriever puppy earlier this year.
The Formula One champion, 41, discussed what brings him happiness outside racing during an October 24 appearance in Austin, Texas. His comments came during the United States Grand Prix weekend and were reported by E! News.
Kardashian, 46, shares North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7, with her former husband Kanye West.
The couple were friends for years before becoming romantically linked in early 2026.

Hamilton began his answer by mentioning his niece and nephew, explaining how much happiness they bring him. He then turned to the younger members of his girlfriend’s family.
“My girlfriend’s kids, I love spending time with them,” he said, describing how he gets to play with the children.
He identified the puppy as Halo and described the pet as a new member of the family.

Kardashian shared a photograph of herself kissing the puppy during a lakeside getaway in an Instagram carousel posted July 30. She captioned the collection “lakemaxxing.”
The gallery also featured time on the water with her niece Penelope Disick and photographs of Penelope with Chicago. Hamilton had joined the family during their summer travels.
He posted another photograph of Halo on September 22. The retriever stood with both front paws against a gate and appeared to be chewing the plastic, according to TMZ’s description of the image.
Hamilton captioned that collection “Bit of this, bit of that.” The puppy looked noticeably larger than in Kardashian’s earlier photographs.
Family Photographs Had Already Shown Hamilton With the Kids
A separate July post from Hamilton showed him posing beside Kardashian, Chicago and Psalm in front of a lake. He captioned the gallery “Hold your people close.”
In June, a source told PEOPLE that Kardashian was selective about introducing people to her children, describing her inclusion of Hamilton as a sign of trust.
The family’s other summer pictures included a selfie with Kardashian, Hamilton and Chicago, along with an image of the couple in matching racing outfits beside three of her children.
Hamilton Recently Remembered His Dog Roscoe
Hamilton’s bulldog Roscoe died on September 28, 2025, at age 12. The driver announced the loss the following day, after the dog had developed pneumonia and spent several days on life support.
Roscoe had accompanied Hamilton through six championship-winning seasons at Mercedes and attended races with a paddock pass of his own, according to Reuters.
On the first anniversary of Roscoe’s death, Hamilton shared another tribute. As Grande Prêmio reported, he wrote about how much he still missed the dog, said he thought about Roscoe and his other late dog, Coco, every day, and thanked people for their messages of support.
Kardashian Has Offered Brief Glimpses of Her Happiness
Kardashian discussed her approach to relationships in an October interview with The Times, previously covered by Wealth of Geeks. She said she had wanted time to heal after her marriage ended and had focused on her children and professional projects.
When asked directly about Hamilton, she declined to discuss the relationship in detail.
On the October 22 episode of “The Kardashians,” she said in a confessional that someone in her life checked all 55 boxes on her list of qualities she wanted in a partner, according to Us Weekly.
When producers asked her to elaborate, Kardashian replied, “I am just really, really happy. That’s all I’ll say for now.”
